DICA မှာ Annual Return - AR Form တင်နည်း​လေးပါ

- MYCO Acc : ကို login နဲ့ Password ဖြည့်၍ဝင်ပါ

- Company I Manage ထဲက

- Registration ၉ လုံးကို နှိပ်ရင် Wall Profile ​ပေါ်လာပါမယ်

- New filling ထဲက form Category ထဲက AR form ကို ​ရွေးပါ

- Available to file ထဲက AR ကိုပဲ​ရွေးပါ

- Submit ကိုနှိပ်ပါ

အဲ့ဒီနောက် AR တင်နည်းပုံစံ (၁၁) ခုကျလာပါမည်။

(1) General => Company's name is accurate in the Registry မှာ • Yes ကိုနှိပ်ပေးပါ။

(2) Officers => Name and details of director(s) and secretary of the company are accurate in the Registry မှာ • Yes ကိုနှိပ်ပေးပါ။

(3) Registered Office in Union => Registered office address is accurate in the Registry မှာ • Yes ကိုနှိပ်ပေးပါ။

(4) Principal Place of Business in Union => Principal Place of Business of the company in the registry မှာ • Yes ကိုနှိပ်ပေးပါ။

(5) Register and Index => The address of the place where the company's statutory registers are kept, if different from the registered office or principal place of business is accurate in the Registry မှာ • Yes ကိုနှိပ်ပေးပါ။

(6) Shares => All share capital details of the company are accurate in the Registry မှာ • Yes ကိုနှိပ်ပေးပါ။

(7) Members => (1) Date of the last annual general meeting of the company မှာ မိမိတို့နောက်ဆုံးပြုလုပ်ခဲ့တဲ့ AGM ပဲွရဲ့ Date ကို ဒီနေရာ မှာ DD/MM/YYYY ြဖည့်ပေးပါ။ (2) ထို့နောက် List of members of the company is accurate in the Registry မှာ • Yes ကိုနှိပ်ပေးပြီး Member List ကို PDF ဖြင့် Upload လုပ်ပေးရပါမည်။

( Mortgage and Charges => All mortgage and charges granted by the company have been registered မှာ • Yes ကိုနှိပ်ပေးပါ။

(9) Company => (1) The company's status as foreign company is accurate in the Registry မှာ Foreign Company ဆိုရင် • Yes ကိုနှိပ်ပေးပါ / Local ြဖစ်ရင်• No ကိုနှိပ်ပေးပါ။ (2) Upon completion of this form the company will be a small company မှာ • No ကိုနှိပ်ပေးပါ။

(10) Investments => Investment permits and endorsement မှာ MIC Permit ယူထားရင် +Add ကိုနှိပ်ပြီး ဖြည့်ပေးရပါ့မည်/ မယူရင်မလိုပါဘူး ကျော်လိုက်ပါ။

(11) Activities => Company Activity Code and Description မှာ Activity list 99 ခုပေးထားပါတယ် မိမိတို့နဲ့ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Activity များ +Add ပိုနှိပ်၍ ကြိုက်သလောက်ရွေးချယ် ထည့်ပေးနိုင်ပါတယ်။

(12) Signature => Signed by Authorized Person နေရာမှာ Directory (၁) ဦး (သို့) Secretary (၁)ဦး ၏ နာမည်အပြည့်အစုံရေးပေးရပါ့မည်။ • Director ဆိုရင် Directory နေရာမှာနှိပ်ပါ / • Secretary ဆိုရင် Secretary နေရာမှာနှိပ်ပါ။

(13) Payment => MPU E-commence . Credit card . Visia Card တို့နဲ့ ​50,000/- ပေး​ချေပါ ​။ Approve ဖစ်တာနဲ့ Payment Result ကျလာပါလိမ့်မယ်။

- ငွေ​ချေပီးရင် Logout ထွက်သွားပါလိမ့်မယ် Login ပြန်ဝင်ပါ။

- Active filling ကိုနှိပ်ပါ company profile ပြန်​ပေါ်လာပါမယ် လက်မအပြာ​လေး ကိုနှိပ်ပါ။

- AR form ပြန်ကျလာရင် အရင်ဆုံး Save ကိုနှိပ်ပါ။

- ပြီးလျင် Complete နှိပ်ပါ။

- ထို့နောက် System က Auto Approved ဖစ်ပြီး Transaction Report ကျလာပါလိမ့်မည်။

၁ ပတ်အတွင်း AR - Annual Return Update မိမိတို့ Wall Profile မှာ ပေါ်လာပါလိမ့်မယ် ။
